To take day-to-day responsibility for the development and maintenance of the Quality Manual (QM) and to liaise with the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) during key audit phases within the Digital Forensic Unit (DFU).

The role leads on technical operations within the Digital Forensics Unit (DFU), providing expert scientific and technical advice to officers and staff on electronic forensic services.
