Opportunities are available force wide to start your career in digital forensics. The role involves supporting the investigation of serious crime within West Yorkshire. Providing administrative and technical support to the team, you will be responsible for acquiring data from many types of digital device, including mobile phones. You will form part of the triage process for all levels of digital investigations.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you can demonstrate experience as a CSI from volume through to major crime.
You will provide efficient and effective crime scene surveys, and plan drawing service to meet the investigative requirements of all four Forces within the Yorkshire and Humber region.
You will support the investigation of serious crime and report to a Senior Digital Forensic Investigator, you will be involved in all types of investigation.
